REFUND POLICY

Please, we desire that you get to enjoy every part and equipment you purchase from Derose Outdoors. But if there is something that is not to our satisfaction, you know we have your back. Follow the Refund Policy below.

Our Promise to You

If the product that you purchased from our store does not make you fully satisfied, feel free to contact us. Whatever the utility – get it for safety and survival, a travel companion, or camping equipment, let us assist to set things straight.

Easy Refunds

Change your mind? No worries! You are allowed only thirty days from the time you got the order to request a refund. Simply ensure that the item is new and has not been used before, it should even come with its tags and packing.

How to Get Your Refund
  1. We will reply to you soon regarding the next steps.
  2. Pack It Up: The item should be wrapped in its box securely.
  3. Send It Back: We will also give you a return label which you will then affix to your package and post back to us. Make sure it agrees with the rest of your package and take it to the nearest post office.
When You’ll Get Your Money Back

If you’ve completed our return questionnaire, we’ll evaluate your item after it has been returned and once we’ve checked it, we shall issue your refund to the method used at purchase within five to seven business days. Simple!

Important Things to Know
  • Sale Items:

    Refunds are only available for items of a regular price and not in Merchandise Credit or Warehouse Sale items. As for the goods and services that were sold, the buyer cannot return them since all items are marked as being sold as is.

  • Shipping Costs:

    Taxes are applicable and local shipping charges if any will not be refunded. Returning costs include the shipping fees, the customer should note that if they get a refund, the fees for the return shipping will be deducted.
